Design Goal
Develop an immersive VR Safety Training application for a Fortune 500 Commercial Real Estate company on the Oculus Quest II to train Datacenter Electrical Maintenance Engineers in the required outfitting of Level 4 PPE (personal protective gear). A key design objective for the UX and interaction models was to make the tutorial experience as tactile as possible to stress the critical importance of donning ALL layers of PPE in the indicated, proscribed order, without skipping steps which could result in injury or death in the event of a high-voltage exposure incident.
